EVERY PRODUCT

Every product carries warranty. No asterisks. No exclusions for normal use. No fine print designed to deny you.

ONE YEAR MINIMUM

Every product comes with a minimum one-year warranty. Some categories carry longer cover — we disclose the exact term on each product page.

LIFETIME SERVICE

Service for the life of the product. If you bought it from us, we will repair it — even after the warranty has ended. Parts at cost. Labour, included.

PORTABLE

Warranty travels with the product, not the buyer. If you sell the unit, give it away, or pass it down — warranty transfers automatically.

COVERED

What is covered.

  • Manufacturer defects of any kind, at any time within the warranty period.
  • Component failures from normal household use — compressors, motors, control boards, panels.
  • Wear of parts we have designated as covered (we list these per-product, plainly).
  • Failures caused by power surges, brown-outs, and erratic mains supply — common in Myanmar, and our problem to absorb.
NOT COVERED

What is not covered.

  • Damage caused by attempted repair by a non-authorized technician. Call us first, every time.
  • Damage caused by flood, fire, or natural disaster. We can often help anyway — ask.
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect function. Scratches will not get the unit replaced.
  • Loss of stored items (food spoilage, etc.) when an appliance fails. We refund and replace the appliance — but we cannot refund the rice.
HOW TO CLAIM

How to claim.

  1. 01

    Call us.

    Any showroom number. Any time during opening hours. Tell us the product and what is happening.

  2. 02

    We come.

    For appliances that cannot travel — refrigerators, washing machines, ACs — we send a technician to you. No charge.

  3. 03

    We decide.

    Within 48 hours of diagnosis, we will tell you what we are doing: repair on site, repair at workshop, replace, or refund. You choose the timing.

  4. 04

    We finish.

    Most claims close within seven days of the first call. Complex cases — replacements that need importing — close within 30. We will not leave you hanging.

Questions we hear most.

  • Yes. We keep a record of every sale on our system, indexed by phone number and serial number. Bring the unit — we will find the sale.

  • The original 1-year warranty has expired, but our lifetime service guarantee still covers you. Call us — we will diagnose and repair. Parts at cost, no labour charge.

  • Yes. Myanmar electricity is what it is. We will not deny a claim for surge damage. We will, however, strongly recommend a stabilizer next time.

  • Yes. Warranty travels with the product. The recipient is fully covered.

  • Anyone can install. But if the installation causes the failure, that part will not be covered. We strongly recommend our team or a manufacturer-authorized installer for split AC units, in particular.
